Medical CBT; good clean fun! Roddick Gear sent us two sets of sounds. First up is the Dittle Urethral Sounds.

11.5" long each solid stainless steel. Each sound is 3mm to 8mm packaged in a velvet lined leather case. Nice! Very heavy high quality mirrored finished stainless. Nice smooth tabs for easy handling and insertion with the size stamped on the tab. Very fun!

Next up is the Pratt Dilator CVD Set.



This kit has larger french sizes starting from french# 15 and up to huge french# 45. Each sound has one end thicker than the other and nicely rounded ends allowing smooth insertion in the urethra. Each Dilator is 10" in length - 8 pieces that come in a velvet lined leather case.

This set would not be recommended for beginners. My victim's eyes almost popped out of his head when I put the set into his hands to look at. These are VERY heavy. Nice for the fear factor laid out on your instrument cart if nothing else!

And just because I am all about safety; please never attempt to force a sound into the urethra you can very easily perforate that delicate urethral wall. Sounding is advanced play; make sure you have someone experienced that can teach you how to properly use them.
