The electro gloves are worn over top of a pair of latex or nitrile gloves so that the wearer is insulated from getting (most of) the shock. We tried them out dry first. Each setting has a different sensation - it also depends on the intensity setting and whether or not the touch of the glove has light or hard pressure, fingertips or palms.
